AbOUT THE BUFF BOYS

BUFF BOY is the brain child of Forbes 30U30 Patrick Frank & professional fitness trainer & personality Tony Palladino. Best friends since the 2nd grade the pair has been a dynamic duo their entire lives. Each with personalities as loud as their new brand, they left the corporate world behind to pursue their own individual entrepreneurial journeys. Patrick who has successfully scaled consumer technology platforms and brands, with Tony who built his own fitness brand and loyal community.


Buff Boy became the brainchild of their individual experiences bringing together a power duo of both fitness and direct to consumer expertise.


Now roommates, the two are committed to bringing back the golden age of fitness both with their apparel, and personalities. They were tired of the same old choices. Everywhere they looked it was just brands that looked, felt and marketed the same way. Instead of continuing to search they took matters into their own hands and create something the world had never seen to solve the massive gap in the fitness apparel market of a brand that provided a nostalgic feel, high performance, and stood out.

Their deep love of nostalgia of the "Glory Days of America" throughout the fast times of the 80's and early 90's inspired the iconic cropped look that is now trending across sports such as football, rugby, and weightlifting, but still provides any fitness enthusiast or gym goer an original style.


Though the brand leads with their unique comedic approach, they are serious about their products and of course, their fitness. They are already working on patenting their “Super Stretch Crop Technology” that is their own unique blend of materials that go into the making of every crop.

I would hear everyday from trainers and clients about how much they spend on their gear that never seemed to be worth it and we took every step to make sure that anything Buff Boy produces is top of the line both for performance and fun." - Tony


Their distain of normality and passion of comedy can be felt through the brands unique voice and style. Launching with their Original Buff Boy Crop™ earlier this year, they have plans as big as their weights to grow the brand to a household clothing name for those who want to stand out amongst the crowd. It is officially Buff Boy Summer and as they say: “Life is better cropped”

The everyman's best friend and motivator. High performers who are always looking for another way to stand out.


TIKTOK STAR - The highschoolers to early college kids who are stand outs of their class. Trouble makers who are always prioritizing field time over class time. Football, Lacrosse, Rugby, Wrestling. They come in two different sizes. The biggest kid in the class or the skinny twig looking to bring some humor to the weight room or the field. One day they hope to turn into the jock but many just end up the Gym Bro


THE BUFF BABE - The serious girl at the gym who knows she is hot and wants to play with the boys. The tom-boy that every buff boy wants a piece of. She is sarcastic, witty, and aint taking your shit. More serious about her fitness than any guy she is around. Confident, and looking for some fun amongst the seriousness.


THE GIRLFRIEND - The cheerleader on the sidelines. Loves her man, but loves his physique more. She knows he is confident enough to rep the crop but just needs a little push. Shes always searching for the approval of the Buff Boy and loves making him shine. She's funny, and loves the act of giving gifts and doing the unexpected. She secretly loves matching with her guy and definitely wants her own crop and this is her way of having her cake and eating it to.
